Sally Hansen Spring 2016: Tulips are Talking, Warm Regards & Happy Daze

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016I warned you it would be getting pink on Writing Whimsy, and today I have three nail polish shades that are perfect for Valentine’s Day. Of course the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016 Collection doesn’t just include pinks and reds, but of the 16 new shades Sally Hansen Tulips are Talking*, Warm Regards* and Happy Daze* are particularly festive.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016 Sally Hansen Tulips Are Talking Swatch Sally Hansen Tulips Are Talking (186) is bright peachy pink creme with almost a hint of neon to it. With 2 coats it’s still a little sheer/uneven but it definitely makes me look tan! Plus, how adorable is that name…

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016 Sally Hansen Warm Regards SwatchSally Hansen Warm Regards (235) is a bright tomato, orange-leaning red crelly with an extra glossy finish. It applied great and dries quickly, but of course it’s still a bit sheer with 2 coats.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016 Sally Hansen Happy Daze SwatchSally Hansen Happy Daze (479) is a purple-leaning bright pink pastel creme which is my favourite of the three and just gorgeous for spring. It takes 2 coats for an even, opaque finish.

Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016 2Whether you’re looking to pick up a polish in preparation for Valentine’s Day, or just need a good pink or red in your collection, definitely check out these shades from the Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure Spring 2016 Collection. For my festive amateur nail art, I applied two coats of Sally Hansen Happy Daze and then used my dotting tool to detail with Sally Hansen Warm Regards.

Will you be painting your nails pink or red for Valentine’s Day?
