Revlon by Marchesa in Jeweled Noir

Oh look, another installment in the never-ending nail sticker reviews. I actually only have one more new style left now that Revlon by Marchesa in Jeweled Noir* is done, although somebody was nice enough to send me a backup of Royal Burgundy (review here) they weren’t going to use, so I’m going to save those for rainy day. And by rainy day I mean day I need to look extra fancy.

Revlon by Marchesa in Jeweled Noir is definitely one of the more evening designs, with red gems and gold and silver and black. The good thing about these nail stickers is that even though they are three-dimensional, I have never had any gems fall off or get caught on anything.

These nail stickers are meant to be pretty and perfect for a fancy event, not super-long lasting.  Because they are not made of real polish, I do find the edges start to wear away and peel. In these photos I have been wearing them for about a day, and I generally get about 3 days of wear out them these styles including Revlon by Marchesa in Jeweled Noir, which is okay for me since that’s about when I change my polish anyway!

I really like the Revlon by Marchesa in Jeweled Noir design, although it’s my absolute favourite out of the six. I found application was pretty easy, and it’s definitely something that gets easier with more practice. There are a couple places the stickers didn’t lie completely flat but because of all the embellishment it’s not very noticeable.

If there’s one thing I know for sure about Revlon by Marchesa in Jeweled Noir it’s that this is a nail design that will get attention. I always get tons of compliments when I wear these nail stickers, and for now, anything remotely similar is far beyond my nail art capabilities!

Do you ever wear nail stickers?
