Before we venture back into some of the less exciting shades, I have another favourite (I’m allowed to have a few favourites okay?) Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Wild Card* a gorgeous, pigmented bright blue that I maybe already wore before I even took these photos just because I couldn’t resist it when it arrived in the mail.
Although Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Wild Card gives you decent coverage with one coat, it definitely requires two to get that even gorgeous finish. These polishes have an unusual “double brush” that means I find it easy to cover a nail in two to three strokes but it’s not so large I have issues doing my pinkie nail.
When I first wore Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Wild Card I was very nervous about staining so I used an additional base coat and the polish chipped way faster. The second time, no base coat (the polish does have one built in) and it turns out, no staining either! Really impressed for such a bright blue, as beautiful shades like this do make me nervous.
Just writing this post makes me want to take off my polish and put Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Wild Card! Such a gorgeous polish.
