The second I picked up my bottle of Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Long Shot* I had one thought only, and it was FALL. This burnt, rusty orange just makes me think so much of fallen leaves and Thanksgiving and pumpkins and everything else that makes the upcoming season the best one.
In terms of formula, Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Long Shot was perfect. The photos are two coats and it was opaque and even and glossy and basically everything you could want in a polish (except maybe be only one coat instead of two, but since Revlon lets you get away without a base coat, you still only need three layers including top coat until you’re finished!)
I am not a fan of orange polish, but Revlon Colorstay Gel Envy in Long Shot still manages to be a flattering shade on me and it has a great formula, so if you’re looking for a similar shade I definitely recommend it. Honestly, it’s nice enough I could almost call it an orange for non-orange lovers, at least in the fall.
