I first fell in love with the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse last year, so I was really excited to find a few treats from the brand in my mailbox recently. Well, at my post office. The box wouldn’t fit actually inside my mailbox. I live in an apartment so it’s pretty tiny. But I had good reason to celebrate when I received the package because it included not only the new NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Shower Oil* but also the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse OR* and the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Paris*.
The NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Shower Oil has the same amazing scent as the classic Huile Prodigieuse multipurpose oil. It’s a glimmering, golden shower gel with a thick consistency that lathers really well when used. It gently cleanses the skin but moisturizes at the same time. It leaves behind a light scent but no oily residue, just soft, clean skin. This Shower Oil launches in May.
The NUXE Huile Prodigieuse OR is a dry oil with a fine golden shimmer in it that helps add a glow to the skin. You can find my full review of it here, but basically it is a great product for pale legs in the summer (or winter) and it helps soften the skin while adding a slight glow.
The NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Paris is a new, limited edition bottle of the amazing oil available in April. I previously reviewed the Huile Prodigieuse here, and it’s a multipurpose oil made from plant oils including macadamia, hazelnut, borage, sweet almond, camellia and St. John’s Wort oils that give it an amazing scent. It’s also a dry oil so that means no greasy residue. I love it as a body oil or on the ends of my hair. You can even mix it with a day cream to use it on your neck and face.
I definitely recommend the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse Shower Oil if you have dry skin, and as always I’m still a fan of the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse. The Paris bottle is a nice touch whether you are looking to stock up on a much-loved favourite or wanting to try out the classic oil for the first time.
Have you tried the NUXE Huile Prodigieuse before?
