November Favourites

November Favourites 3Just a few November Favourites but they are all things I’ve really been loving! There won’t be a December one because I’ll be in PERU, so I’m not really planning to do Best of 2014 type posts either, although maybe I can in January if you’re really interested. These are the first photos I’ve taken on my new camera and I’m in love. I bought it for my trip but I already know it’s going to make blogging 200x easier. There are still plenty of old photos that need posts, so it won’t be exclusively new camera on the blog going forward, but I can’t wait till it is.

November Favourites 2Most of my real November Favourites are skincare, and I’ve honestly been loving everything from Ole Henriksen, but I think my current favourite from the set I reviewed is the Ole Henriksen African Red Tea Foaming Cleanser*. There was a mini on sale for Black Friday from Sephora and I grabbed that too, even though I have a ton of cleanser. I love that it is foaming but not drying, has a refreshing citrus scent, and is just fun and effective.

I’ve also been using the Origins GinZing Refreshing Eye Cream for the last two months, and it honestly was meant to go in my October Favourites but I somehow forgot it. I still love it just as much, it is really soothing on the eyes and the salmon colour gives it a slight brightening effect in the mornings. I got it as a part of a massive Sephora Superstars set last year, and if it had been included again this year I might have had to repurchase!

My first container of Lush Blousey Shampoo* was actually recalled, but I ended up using it anyway and it’ll be in my November empties. However, this container is the proper formula and it’s definitely much nicer! I am not a huge fan of the banana-ish scent, but the shampoo is really nice on my scalp and moisturizing for my dry hair, especially in the wintertime.

November FavouritesDefinitely one of my favourite purchases of the year/ever is the Hourglass Ambient Lighting Blush Palette, which I picked up for 20% off but would be worth every full-price penny. It honestly gives my cheeks an airbrushed glow that is so flawless and lovely. It’s been hard to use any other blush this month!

I’ve shared the Benefit Gimme Brow in my favourites before, and when I originally decided to share it this month it was with a heavy heart–because my current tube was going to have to be tossed. Luckily, I got a new one in a Secret Santa, so I am so excited to return to it, and bring it on my trip because it’s super handy for travel. It does a great job filling in any gaps in my brows and helping to hold them in place too.

Well, that’s it for my November Favourites! Have you used any of these products before? What are your current favourites?
