It feels like it’s been forever since I did a Memebox review, but that’s only because it’s been so long since I’ve done any blogging! But waiting for me when I got back from Peru was the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me*. I was pretty excited (see: instagram proof).

Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me sold for $26 plus shipping, and is sadly no longer available, but there are other boxes for sale. The box included 7 products, although one is a 4 piece set and one is sample-sized.
Clio Virgin Kiss Tinted Lip #22 Electric ($10, Full Size): I loved the last lipstick I got from Memebox (here) so I was definitely excited to see a piece of makeup in the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me, although sadly there is only one. It’s a bright coral a semi-creamy matte with nearly-opaque coverage. The cool bit is that it actually glows in the dark under blue LED lights. Sadly I didn’t have any to test, but this is a good summery shade regardless.
Jaminkyung Gokmul Care Ultra Ampoule Toner ($46, Full Size): This is my first time seeing a bi-phase toner, and the packaging is gorgeous. I haven’t been able to fully test out the skincare in this box, but I did enjoy using this product. I find the major difference with Korean toners is that they don’t dry out my skin, so it feels really nice and refreshing to apply! The camellia oil in this toner probably helps, but there is no greasy residue left behind.
803 803 Cream in Sam N Cream ($34, Full Size): Probably the strangest item in the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me box, I was weirdly excited by this because I got the “neck cream” variety. I mean, I don’t see why you can’t use regular face cream on your neck, but why not! I want my neck to be well taken care of too. This is basically a thick and well-absorbing nice cream that contains d caffeine and collagen extracts to help keep your neck from sagging. I also like the comic on the packaging. So I will be using this one up. I’ll let you know how neck looks when it’s all done!
Sally’s Box 4Set [Love Recipe Apple Mask 20ml + Delight Panthenol Hydrogel Mask 25g + Delight Ceramide Hydrogel Mask 25g + Delight Collagen Hydrogel Mask 25g] ($14, Full Size): I can never complain about more face masks, so I was excited to see these included in the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me. I have only tried out one so far (the Delight Collagen Hydrogel Mask) but I was actually surprised it wasn’t like a regular sheet mask at all. It really does feel like a watery gel (that holds its shape) and there are two halves for the top and bottom of your face. As a result, I think it’s easier to get a comfortable fit. The mask itself was refreshing and hydrating.
Tonymoly Hello Bunny Perfume Bar ($11, Full Size): Not only was I happy to get something from a brand I’m familiar with, but how freaking adorable is this little guy? I am in love. He is perfect to put in your purse to reapply, although I do get a few hours wear out of the scent. It is a slightly musky citrus that I also really like. Total win!
Arial Stress Relieving Purefull Cleansing Foam ($8, Full Size): I feel like most Memeboxes come with a cleanser, and the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me was no exception. However, in addition to cute packaging (love the typography), what this one really has going for it is the scent. It’s a bright, refreshing lemon that I love, and it will be great for use in the mornings. It leaves my skin feel very clean but not stripped of moisture, which is the perfect balance.
Bright & Pure C Serum 7ml ($25, Full Size $100 for 4 x 7 ml): This may be a sample size (the actual product comes with four of these) but I was thrilled to see it included in the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me box. It’s a Vitamin C serum which are fantastic for brightening skin, and you apply it by switching out the cap for the dropper (which also has a lid). It contains enough for a week, and the amounts are clearly marked on the side. However the actual price of the product would be a hundred dollars a month, so that’s clearly out of my budget.
It was a total surprise to come home to the Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me, but it was a really good one! My favourite Memeboxes are ones like this that contain a great mix of products that I’ll actually use from different brands with cute packaging. My favourite picks are definitely the perfume and the serum.
The Memebox value of Memebox Thanksgiving Box Collection #1 For Me is also great at $148, although you might not pay that for the products individually, the box itself is a fantastic value. Overall, I continue to be a huge fan of Memebox and I hope they continue to release more boxes!
