I can smell like spring even if the weather outside is dreadful, right? With the fresh, fruity sweet floral of Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet* I can almost trick myself into believing spring is on the way.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet is a new limited edition variation of the classic Daisy Eau So Fresh, and although I haven’t tried it before, I am a massive fan of the regular Marc Jacobs Daisy, so I was pretty excited for this. It is only available in one size–75 mL– and the packaging matches the other Daisy fragrances but with colorful pink spring twist. I find it extra adorable!
The top notes of Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet are bright and fruity mandarin, apple blossom, and lotus. There’s a light, white floral element to it from the heart of magnolia, jasmine and violet, while a hint of musk and soft woods form the base. When I first apply it I do get that mandarin burst, but after it dries down the musk is more evident. Unfortunately lasting power on bright scents like this, especially an EdT, isn’t incredibly long and I find that it fades after 4-6 hours.
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh Sorbet is a sweet, fruity floral fragrance that really reminds me of those first fresh flowers and sunshine. It’s a perfect fragrance for spring and a very welcome addition to my Daisy family. I actually also have the Marc Jacobs Daisy Sorbet, so I will be curious to see how that compares!
Have you ever tried any of the Marc Jacobs Daisy scents?
