What better combination is there then a great cause and a great product? None! That’s why I was thrilled to share that for the month of April, you can can pick up Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado* in limited edition packaging and 100% of net profits will go towards symbolically adopt 300 puffins, as part of the Canadian Wildlife Federation Adopt a Species program.
Not only does the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado supports puffins, but there are actually puffins on the packaging (sadly, the puffin friend is not included, he’s mine and my boyfriend named him Perry). So cute!
I figure I should actually tell you a little about the product you’d be buying as well, in case the good cause and cute packaging doesn’t win you over, the product should. I’ve been using the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado for the last week, and I adore it. It is made with avocado oil and is incredibly thick and creamy. There’s no scent to the product, and although a pot is never the most hygienic packaging, I am used to them for eye creams.
I only need a very small dab of Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado to do each eye area, and I find it much more moisturizing than the eye cream I had been using by Origins, so I have stuck to using it at night. That said, it does absorb in and does not leave behind a greasy residue. I wanted to share my thoughts while this great project was ongoing, but so far it has been doing a great job hydrating my eye area and I am definitely a fan.
You can purchase the Kiehl’s Creamy Eye Treatment with Avocado to support puffins both in store and online at www.kiehls.ca
Do you have a favourite eye cream? How do you feel about puffins? I did an elementary school project on them and have loved them ever since so I was thrilled to bring Perry into my life. Now I just have to figure out what other posts he can guest star in.
