Julep Fiore

Julep FioreIf I tell the truth, I actually wasn’t the interested in Julep Fiore but there was a promo (isn’t there always?) where I could get her for a dollar, free shipping, didn’t need to order anything else or meet any kind of minimum. So even though I’m not a big fan of browns, how could I say no?

Julep FioreEven though I went in with my brown bias (sorry) Julep Fiore is actually a pretty shade with the nice, classic Julep cream formula. Julep describes it as “espresso brown crème” and I really expected it to be more, well, brown. There’s definitely a grey/purple-ish tint to the shade, which was a nice surprise for me. This is an incredibly glossy formula, you can see how reflective it is in the photos and there’s no top coat there!

Julep Fiore 3Although you might be able to get away with one coat of Julep Fiore if you used a thick one, I went with two. It has the classic, lovely Julep cream (or “creme”) formula and although it’s not a shade I’ll use often, I’m definitely happy I ended up grabbing it!
