Do you read Gerry at The Bunnie Hole? She also has a fantastic YouTube channels and does incredibly indepth reviews and gorgeous makeup looks. She’s very interested in natural products, and has done plenty of reviews and hauls from the website iHerb before, so when she had a giveaway with a $50 shopping spree prize and I won, I was absolutely thrilled! Here’s what I picked up in my iHerb Haul, thanks to iHerb and Gerry!
Honestly, shopping for this iHerb Haul was SO much fun. It was a total shopping spree and I got to treat myself with some amazing beauty products I hadn’t tried before. First up were two E.L.F. products that I had heard great things about. The E.L.F. Zit Zapper ($1.99) was chosen because I know how much Natalie loves it and I totally trust her advice, and sadly, a spot treatment is a very useful thing to have in my routine. Basically everyone on the internet raves about the E.L.F. Stipple Brush ($3.00) so I’m very excited to see what the hype is about.
Although iHerb doesn’t have all the E.L.F. products, they do have a nice selection, and I found myself drawn to two affordable blushes I didn’t need but that look so pretty. E.L.F. Blushing Rose Blush ($3.00) as well as the E.L.F. Baked Blush in Peachy Cheeky ($3.00) and having swatched them they are both really gorgeous and definitely a great value for the price.
Gerry herself included the Andalou Naturals Rosewater Mask ($11.96) in her original giveaway video (here) featuring some of her favourite products and I knew I had to have it. I don’t have many face masks, and definitely nothing hydrating or for sensitive skin, plus the rose element sounded really lovely. I haven’t tried it yet but I can’t wait, and there are quite a few other products from the brand on my wishlist thanks to Gerry! Perhaps in my next iHerb Haul…
The real spurge (can it be a spurge if everything is free?) of my iHerb Haul was Tierra Mia Organics Raw Goat Milk Skin Therapy Original Face Cream ($25.38) which I spent half the money on. I wanted a really nice face cream, and I had heard amazing things about Goat Milk creams, which I thought it would be very nice and nourishing for winter. Even though the price tag was high compared to the other items in my iHerb Haul, it’s still quite reasonable for a face cream. I’ve used it a few times and the scent and product are really soothing and nice. It’s actually not quite as rich as I expected and does work during the day as well as at night.
Finally, I added a couple gluten-free treats to my iHerb Haul, because I’ve tried YumEarth candies before and I do like them! I hadn’t seen these individual flavours locally so I got the Yummy Earth Organic Lemon Drops in Cheeky Lemon and Pomegrante Pucker ($2.55 each). I really like them!
I received free shipping with my giveaway prize, and it was done via International Airmail. I was lucky to not be charged any duties, but it is possible when ordering from iHerb. However they have a huge selection of products, as well as incredibly affordable prices, which means I will definitely be ordering again in the future! Everything was packaged well, and I am overall very impressed with the site.
If you’re interested in ordering from iHerb you can use this link, or the code CPM191, to save $5 off your first order, or $10 off first time orders of $40+. This is a referral code, but it doesn’t cost you anything extra to use. iHerb also currently has a promo for 10% off orders over $40.
I am super thankful to Gerry for hosting such a great giveaway, and for having a blog/YouTube channel that I love to read and watch! I really love everything in my iHerb Haul and it was so much fun picking it out. I know I will get a lot of use out of these products (except the candy, which I will eat…) Have you ever ordered from iHerb before?
