I love my cream blushes, but I will–reluctantly–admit that they are not always ideal when it comes to packaging. However, if you combine the natural finish and easy blending a cream blush offers with the convenience of a no-sharpener-needed jumbo pencil, you get the GOSH Giant Blush Stick in Shy*, Passion* and Pink Parfait*.
GOSH Giant Blush Stick in Shy, Passion and Pink Parfait are all very creamy, and although they swatch with a ton of pigment they are quite natural blended in and surprisingly long lasting as well. I’m not sure how they’d work in hotter weather, but they did last all day on my cheeks. They have a slightly glowy/dewy to finish to them. I like to apply them by dabbing the blush onto my cheeks directly and then using my fingers to blend in, but you can also use use a brush on the blush first instead.
The GOSH Giant Blush Stick in Shy is a brownish rosy nude shade that is a great choice if you are looking to play up the eyes or lips instead. Or for any other makeup choice. I find it gives me a bit of the bronzer-like glow.
For a brighter choice, there’s the GOSH Giant Blush Stick in Passion, which is a vibrant pink coral that I find super flattering. I love how much control you have over the level of pigmentation, these are definitely easy to build up, but also to blend out for a natural finish.
I was a little scared when I swatched it, but the GOSH Giant Blush Stick in Pink Parfait is quite wearable when blended out. Or you can build it up for bright pink, cool-toned, clown cheeks if you prefer. I will definitely reach for this once it starts to warm up.
If you were interested in the Clinique Chubby Stick Cheek Colour Balm but wanted a lower cost alternative, or if you loved those and need more, or if you’re just wanting a fantastic and easy to apply blush option, definitely check out the GOSH Giant Blush Stick in Shy, Passion and Pink Parfait! The only issue I have? There needs to be more shades!
PS Don’t make me pick a favourite!
