Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths

Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths 4Over a year ago I reviewed the Garnier Clean+ Soothing Remover Cleansing Towelettes, and I still think about how great they are, so I was excited to try out the new Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths*. These makeup remover wipes are made for normal to dry skin and include two doses of makeup removing lotion.

Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths 3Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths come in a package of 25 and have a slightly dimpled texture to them. They are enriched with rose extract and vitamin E. I can’t quite describe the scent, except to say that I find it soothing but not overwhelming. Each wipe is decently moist, and there’s a sticker closure to the packet.

Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing ClothsA major issue that I have with makeup remover is that I find them very painful to use on my eyes (which is why I love Bioderma so much!). Luckily I have no issues at all with the Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths. However, even though the package claims efficient on waterproof makeup, I don’t find it works on its own for really stubborn stuff as you can tell with the waterproof eyeliner and red lipstick swatches above. It does get most of it away, but on my face I find I have to be a bit too harsh and still feel the need to follow up with a second step.

Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths 2As with most makeup wipes, I don’t think that the Garnier Skin Naturals Fresh Cleansing Cloths are going to remove 100% of your makeup on their own, especially when it comes to waterproof. However, I really love how gentle they are, and I find the scent quite nice, so these are definitely something I would reach for as a quick removal before washing my face, as well as to use when traveling. If you are looking for a Garnier makeup remover that gets everything, the Garnier Clean+ Nourishing Cleansing Oil really does the job!

Do you wash your face after using makeup wipes?
