Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath

Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath 3I really love bath things and I really love the brand Fresh, so I’m especially excited when I get to combine the two and take a bath with Fresh products. Actually, I’m pretty excited about either of those activities separately too…But I have been combining them lately thanks to the Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath*, which are sugar cubes for the bath in one of Fresh’s signature scents.

Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath come in a heavy frosted glass jar, that’s very classic and definitely something I would reuse afterwards. The Fresh Lychee scent is a combination of grapefruit, lemon, lime, lychee and mango, although in sugar cube format it is quite subtle. I get a scent that is both fresh and clean. In addition to fragrance and brown sugar, the cubes contains bicarbonate soda, which is what makes them fizz when you drop them in the bath. There are also lots of nourishing ingredients like shea butter, honey and avocado oil.

It’s actually pretty fun to add the Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath Sugar Cubes to my bath and watch them fizz. I use about three for a bath, which means this jar will last about 5-6 baths. That’s my only complaint, as it is pretty expensive for the number of uses you get, although it is similar to what you would pay for a Lush bath, however the effect is much more subtle. After the cubes dissolve, the bath is left lightly scented but the water is still quite clear, making it a great option if you’re somebody who wants to wash their hair in the bath.

Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath 2Using the Fresh Sugar Lychee Sugarbath gives me a bath that is extra relaxing and moisturizing. It’s very soothing on the skin, and leaves it soft and lightly scented. I’ve really enjoyed using them, but I don’t think the effect is dramatic enough for me to justify picking them up again. However, they would make an exceptionally lovely gift because the packaging and product is really lovely!
