I have some pretty makeup to share today and it’s PEACH. Lately I’ve been testing out a few pieces from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection and today I’ve rounded them all up for you to tempt you into spending any money the Easter bunny may have bought!
The Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection current includes an highlight palette, blush, selection of glosses and an eyeshadow palette. I am probably the last person in the world not to own that eyeshadow palette, but don’t worry, it’s on my wishlist. Everything has a delicious peach scent–honestly, I like it even more than I thought I would, it smells a lot like fuzzy peaches–and has peachy, often ombre, packaging.
The Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Peach-Infused Highlighting Palette comes in a metal case with a mirror on the lid and three face products inside. All three have a glow to them, but there is a distinct champagne peachy highlight, a peach blush and a light, slight warm bronzer shade. These shades all have a gorgeous formula and pigmentation and look great applied to the face. They can easily be built up for more of an impact or sheered out for a more natural look.
The Too Faced Sweet Peach Papa Don’t Peach Blush comes in the same kind of tin packaging with a mirror on the lid, which I love. It’s a large blush–9 grams in comparison to the 5.5 grams of the blush inside the trio, and it’s a dark peach with loads of glow to it. This shade actually has more shimmer than the one in the highlighting palette and I can’t wait to wear it during the summer weather. The formula is great and it’s basically got a built-in highlight.
The Too Faced Sweet Peach Creamy Peach Oil Lip Gloss in Tickle-Me-Peach may be called an oil, but that does not mean anything about the pigmentation. It does have a non-sticky, almost oil-like texture to it which is really comfortable to wear. Tickle-Me-Peach is a watermelon peach and definitely the most vibrant of the shades, but before the formula it can be worn slightly sheered out. My only complaint is that while I love the peach smell, I prefer lip products with no flavour and this does have a sweet taste to it–it’s not a bad taste, I’d just prefer none. I definitely have my eye on the neutral shade Papa Don’t Peach though, it looks gorgeous!
In the above look I’m wearing all the products I’ve shared from the Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection, including using the Too Faced Sweet Peach Glow Peach-Infused Highlighting Palette as eyeshadows, which I don’t really recommend, but I don’t have the eye shadow palette and I really wanted to go for an extra peachy look. I’ve got the Papa Don’t Peach Blush on my cheeks, with some added highlight and a little bronzer. Everything wore well and gave me a long-lasting natural glow.
With the ongoing VIB sale at Sephora you might be thinking, what else do I need to pick up? Well, I hope I have answered that question for you! I really love the Too Faced Sweet Peach Collection and I’m so glad they expanded the range. Honestly, I wouldn’t be opposed to seeing even more Sweet Peach in the future, especially if it smells this good…
