ELF Eye Refresh Review

I made a massive order from ELF awhile ago and I’m still using and testing out the products from it, which I’ll try to review as I do, but one thing I’ve really been enjoying lately and thought I would share is the ELF Eye Refresh, a rollerball you use under your eyes to help “refresh” them.

Honestly I first bought this because it looked cool and although it’s full price $3, I was using a 50% off coupon that made it only $1.50. I’m a PhD student and I have a lot of stress, so although I am blessed not to really get bags under my eyes, I figured I could still use some refreshing. But when the ELF Eye Refresh arrived, I wasn’t quite sure what to do with it.

The description of the ELF Eye Refresh says that it’s full of great ingredients like “pomegranate, rosemary, green tea, cucumber and grape to help hydrate and nourish the delicate skin around your eyes.” Now I don’t know about that, but when I saw another blogger raving about it I asked her what exactly it did and she cleared it up for me, it feels nice. So I tried it out.

The ELF Eye Refresh does feel nice.

Like I said, I don’t deal with a lot of visible under eye issues, so I am can’t validate any of the ELF Eye Refresh claims about alleviating under eye puffiness and dark circles. But what I can tell you, is that it’s sleek and portable and that rollerball feels cool and calming when applied. It feels refreshing. Which sometimes, is enough. A little bonus treat for your under eye that’s easy to apply and feels nice. That’s what I get out of the ELF Eye Refresh, and for $3 or less, I like it.

Have you tried any of these under eye products like ELF Eye Refresh? Let me know what you think– is it a total gimmick, does it matter if it feels refreshing? Very curious on your thoughts!

Also doesn’t the ELF Eye Refresh  look a little space age? It doesn’t really go with other ELF products but I love the packaging!
