If there’s one makeup product I don’t know how I did without, it’s anything brows. There’s just something about slightly filling in and taming my brows with a little gel that makes me feel so much more polished and confident, so I’m always excited to test out whatever new brow product is available. Today, that’s the brand new Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette.
Honestly, combine brows with Dior, and well, so far I haven’t been disappointed. See my reviews of Diorshow Eyebrow Pencil, Diorshow Brow Styler and Diorshow Brow Styler Gel for proof. I am currently using the Brow Styler daily! But I switched it out for a bit in order to test the Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette in Brown which comes in a heavy acrylic compact with a silver lid and a velvet pouch.
Inside the Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette in Brown has a large mirror as well as two eyebrow powders in Dark Brow and Light Brow, eyebrow wax, a brow spoolie and 2 angled brushes. Honestly, I was surprised by the brushes, I really like them for applying the powder. I’m a little tempted to steal one of the brow brushes out of the kit though for use with other products!
I love that the Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette includes everything you need to do your brows on the go, although perhaps switching out one of the brushes with tweezers would have made sense, but then I do love those brushes…
I tried swatching the wax inside the Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette but even though it appears a little tinted, it’s really clear. In terms of the powders, there’s Light Brow and Dark Brow. Honestly, they look very similar in my photo and quite similar in real life as well although the lighter one is a little bit lighter. It definitely gives some flexibility to the palette in case you want to mix the two, or even use each shade on different parts of your brows. The powders are nice and firm with no noticeable fall out which make them perfect for brows. In the above look I’m wearing the Dark Brow shade from the Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette in Brown on my (your) left brow, and also the wax. My brows are very dark so I didn’t use any of the lighter shade and I still found it a bit too light. It also looks weirdly a little too warm, despite not having red undertones.
From a distance I can definitely still get away with this shade on my brows (you can see how it looks in my MAC Vibe Tribe post). Still, I wish that Dior had one shade darker as that would be perfect. The wax does help keep my brows in place, but personally I’d still use a gel. I really do love the powders though, which are quite long lasting and give a really natural look to the brows.
Overall, if either the Dior Diorshow All-in-Brow 3D Palette in Blonde or Brown works for your hair I highly recommend trying them out. Obviously a brow powder will last you a billion years longer than a pencil, and with everything in one little kit it’s super Continent to travel with as well. I can only hope that similar to the Brow Styler, Dior decides to expand the shade range of this All-In-Brow 3D Palette in the future!
