Daisy Marc Jacobs Delight Edition Eau de Toilette Spray* is a brand new, limited edition for spring scent that I was really excited to receive, and honestly, it is currently my favourite scent (March Favourites Spoiler?)
Daisy Marc Jacobs Delight Edition Eau de Toilette Spray is a fruity floral scent that I have already worn loads since I received it (the bottle came full but didn’t make it into photos until after I’d gotten into it…). The first scent I get from it is a juicy apple combined with a fresh freesia. As that fades, it remains floral and fruity, but there is more of a woody note to it as it contains musk, cedar, and sandalwood. The end result is a scent that is perfect for spring, and I am very much in love with it.
Surprisingly considering Daisy Marc Jacobs Delight is an Eau de Toilette (EdT) I actually get very long wear out of this scent and can detect it on my skin even at the end of the day (8-10 hours) although it has faded. Because it’s so light, you also don’t have to worry too much about how much you apply because it’s not going to be overpowering. I really love putting this scent on in the morning, even though we just had a snow day and it’s still disgusting outside, with Daisy Marc Jacobs Delight Edition Eau de Toilette Spray I can pretend otherwise.
I hardly even need to comment on the packaging— cute and gorgeous at the same time, I am very happily displaying this scent on my dresser. The cap is adorable and I love that the perfume itself has a light blue colour to it.
Overall, this fragrance is a massive success for me and I wouldn’t be surprised to see it (sadly) in my empties by the end of the summer. The most disappointing thing about Daisy Marc Jacobs Delight Edition Eau de Toilette Spray is the fact that it’s limited edition. There is also a Daisy Eau So Fresh Delight edition with notes like blood orange, apricot and amber, that I am very interested in. I highly recommend giving both a sniff before they disappear for good…
What do you do when you fall in love with a limited edition scent? I really hope Daisy Marc Jacobs Delight Edition Eau de Toilette Spray comes back next year!
