As a BzzAgent I was recently given the opportunity to review some Crest Pro-Health products and I quickly accepted. I already use the Crest Pro-Health line and have for years, so I was quite happy to receive and review it. I did pay $1 for these products but after processing fees the money was donated.
When the box arrived from BzzAgent I thought the packaging was so adorable I had to take a photo. They have their own special branded packing tape!
In addition to an info card, there was the Crest Pro-Health Multi-Protection Rinse, the Crest Pro-Health PROFRESH Toothpaste and a Oral-B CrossAction Pro-Health Toothbrush. Funnily enough, all of these products looked quite familiar to me!
Nothing better than receiving something for review you already know you’re going to love, and that was the case with the Crest Pro-Health line. Look at the mouthwash my boyfriend and I were currently using:
I tested out the Crest Pro-Health Multi-Protection Rinse I received just to see what I thought and I was a big fan. I really appreciate alcohol-free rinses, as I hate that burning sensation that mouth wash will give you. Crest Pro-Health has none of that, which makes it easy and enjoyable to use. It really leaves my mouth feeling clean, but the best part is that it gets to the back of my mouth and kills the bacteria that cause bad breath, so I find the effect a lot more long-lasting in terms of keeping my breath smelling good in comparison to just brushing my teeth. I will definitely continue to rebuy the Crest Pro-Health Multi-Protection Rinse, although I think these two bottles will last us awhile!
The second product I received was the Crest Pro-Health PROFRESH Toothpaste, and it also looked awfully familiar.
Yup, we also already use the Crest Pro-Health toothpaste! The main differences between the one I received and the one I already use, is that it’s part of the new PROFRESH line instead of the whitening line. The flavour is also different. I actually really dislike peppermint, so I much prefer the “fresh cool mint” flavour of the one I generally purchase. However, I really like that the Crest Pro-Health PROFRESH Toothpaste is supposed to target bad breath. That said, I’m sorta addicted to the idea of using a whitening toothpaste, but I would maybe use the PROFRESH in the morning and the whitening at night!
The final product in my BzzAgent box was the Oral-B CrossAction Pro-Health Toothbrush. I was actually surprised when this product looked familiar, because I didn’t realize that the toothbrushes I’d previously bought were a part of the Colgate Pro-Health line, I just knew I like Oral-B and these looked good and were a reasonable price. But funnily enough, the brush I received was exactly the same as the two my boyfriend and I had sitting in our bathroom.
I really like the Oral-B CrossAction Pro-Health Toothbrush and would have happily repurchased it as well (mine’s the green brush in the back and I definitely need a new one soon, so it was perfect timing!) I’m not a dentist and I don’t know what an ideal toothbrush looks like, but the variety of bristles on these ones are nice and when I went to the dentist last week I got compliments on my teeth and lack of plague, so it’s clearly doing a good job in combination with the rest of the Colgate Pro-Health line. These brushes are supposed to provide “7 oral care benefits for every use” but as long as they keep me cavity-free I’m happy!
Overall, I really like the Crest Pro-Health line and I was super happy to receive them for review because it’s nice to be able to rave about a product you’ve been using for years and are very happy with it. If you are interested in a new mouthwash, toothpaste, or toothbrush, I highly recommend checking these three out! If you have any questions I might able to answer about the products, definitely let me know.
Have you tried Crest Pro-Health in the past? What do you think of it?
Disclosure note: I received these products at a discount in exchange for my honest opinion and review.
