While there are days when I don’t mind reaching for higher coverage during the summer what I reach for the most is a tinted moisturizer with SPF, so the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer with SPF20* instantly appealed to me. That said, I was actually a bit cautious because last year I tried the Caudalie Mineral Tinted Moisturizer (review here) and it quite orange so I wondered if this new release would be any better.
Luckily, the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer in Light was absolutely perfect. Like the Caudalie Mineral Tinted Moisturizer, it is only available in two shades, but they are sheer enough to have a fairly flexible range, although I definitely wish for more shades. The product itself has a light, Caudalie grape fragrance and is not at all greasy on the skin, blending in great and providing light coverage. Applying the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer feels just like applying a moisturizer, this is definitely makeup that feels good on the skin and is super comfortable to wear. I find it does a great job hiding redness, and even some healing blemishes, although any areas you really want to hide will still need a concealer. It also has a more natural demi-matte finish than the slightly glowy Caudalie Mineral Tinted Moisturizer so I find that the wear is better as well and it lasts most of the day indoors.
I love face products that include SPF, and I love natural, blendable coverage and a product that feels good on my skin. If those things appeal to you, it is definitely worth checking out the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer!
Do you have any Caudalie favourites? I absolutely adore their Beauty Elixir for hot summer days!
