Lately, I have acquired a bit of a stash of skincare, and given that I like to test new products out for at least a few weeks it’s time for the latest, which is the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum*.
I had a great experience with the Caudalie Vinosource Overnight Recovery Oil, so I was excited to add a new Caudalie product to my skincare routine. I scar easily so I’m automatically interested in anything promising to help reduce pigmentation, such as the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum. It’s a serum meant to reduce the appearance of dark marks, create a more even complexion, and of course boost radiance.
The Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum is milky white liquid with a thicker consistency packaged in a classic glass dropper packaging. I love the look of the bottle, and the dropper makes it easy to disperse however much you need. I apply the product to the palms of my hands and gently rub it onto my face and neck before moisturizer. There’s a very light scent to the product.
I will mention I had a few more breakouts than usual when using the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum, but I’m not necessarily convinced it is to blame (that kind of month!). However I do find that it leaves behind a slight feeling of tackiness on the skin, which means that I only used this product at night, and not also in the morning as recommended.
The Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum did a great job hydrating my skin, and left it softer in the morning. In terms of pigmentation, I didn’t notice any drastic reduction but of course I have only used this product for three weeks. I do feel like it gave me skin a bit of a boost that made it look a bit brighter, so perhaps with longer term use I would notice more of a difference to pigmentation.
Overall, I found the results of the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Serum to be nice but not something I would swear by, however it would be a good serum to test out if you are looking for a product that helps give your skin an added glow.
