AERIN Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum

Aerin Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum

It’s probably been less obvious in the past year, because I stopped purchasing them to focus on the ones that I have, but I am a huge fan of high end fragrances. Perfume is one area where I feel like you usually get a better product in terms of scent complexity and lasting power when you go for something more expensive option. I’ve been lusting over the AERIN perfumes since they first launched and while I’ve tried out the brand’s makeup the AERIN Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum* is my first experience with their fragrances.

Aerin Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum Review

The AERIN Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum comes in a gorgeous bottle which matches the other fragrances from the brand in design. The perfumes are easily distinguishable by their lids, which each feature a different colour of stone. Mediterranean Honeysuckle has a summery azure blue lid that really compliments the gold accents of the bottle. This is a bottle I am thrilled to display on my dresser.

In terms of fragrance, the AERIN Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum doesn’t disappoint either. The fragrance starts off with strong citrus notes like grapefruit and bergamont, with a hint of sweet honeysuckle. Over time the fresh, sparkling fragrance is warmed by the white floral notes of lily of the valley, gardenia and jasmine. The final fragrance is soft, sweet and crisp. Although it does last all day, I do prefer to reapply when I want to get the stronger citrus notes again.

Aerin Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum Review 2

For my first experience with an AERIN fragrance, the Mediterranean Honeysuckle Eau De Parfum did not disappoint. To me it’s the perfect Spring and Summer fragrance, fresh, light and sparkling. I am definitely interested in trying out other perfumes from the brand now, especially Lilac Path which sounds like it would also be perfect for Spring.

Have you tried any AERIN fragrances before? What kind of scent do you reach for in the Spring?
